What is Assisted Stretching?
Assisted stretching is a targeted, hands-on methods that helps individuals safely relieve muscular tightness. Unlike stretching on your own(like you’re used too) a stretch practitioner guides and supports your body through controlledmovements to ensure comfort, optimal technique, and alignment.
Each session is tailored to your needs, whether you’re recovering from an acute muscularinjury, training for performance, or relieve tension of dailylife.

My name is Aliyah! With my B.S. in Exercise Science along with certifications with NASM (Certified Personal Trainer)and Stretch Center (Certified in Assisted Stretching). I am a movement and recoveryprofessional with a background in athleticperformance, mobility, and assistedstretching. My approach focuses on helping clients movebetter, feel better, and recoversmarter — whether you're an athlete, highlyactive, or simply feeling tight, or stiff.
My goal is to create an environment where clients feel cared for, supported, and confident in their movement — not just during the session, but long after they leave to do whatever they set their minds to.
