Health & Safety Policy
Stretch sessions are not a replacement for medical care, physical therapy, or chiropractic treatment.
By booking a session, clients confirm they are free from conditions that would contraindicate assisted stretching, or have been cleared by a medical professional.
Booking & Payment Policy
A valid card is required to be kept on file to book an appointment.
If opting to reserve without paying please read cancellation & no show policy.
Prepaid packages are available and receive savings as a thank-you for committing to your care in advance.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours' notice) are nonrefundable. No-shows are nonrefundable. Rescheduling appointments don’t require new payments. However, it must be rescheduled within 2 weeks.
After 3 Late cancellations or no shows, card on file will be charged for full service and for future bookings payments are required upfront.
This policy allows me to respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
