  • Comfortable, athletic clothing that allows movement. Think gym clothes — shorts/leggings and a t-shirt work great. Avoid jeans, restrictive clothing, or anything with buttons/zippers that might be uncomfortable. Don’t forget a pair of socks :)

  • Your first session includes a brief consultation where we discuss your goals, concerns, and any limitations. Then we'll spend 45 minutes working through a full-body stretch tailored to your needs. I'll check in frequently to make sure you're comfortable.

  • Stretching should feel like a "good stretch" — never sharp or painful. You'll feel tension and pull, but it should always be tolerable. We work at YOUR pace and adjust based on your feedback.

  • Some people feel pleasantly loose, others might experience mild soreness similar to after a workout. This is normal and typically subsides within 24 hours. Staying hydrated helps!

  • It depends on your goals! For maintenance and general wellness: 1-2 times per week. For specific goals or recovery: 2-3 times per week initially, before moving to a maintenance phase.

  • Massage focuses on muscle tissue relaxation by manipulating soft tissue. Assisted stretching focuses on moving muscles through different ranges of motion safely. Deeper than what one would do self stretching. Both are beneficial, but serve different purposes!

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards. A card on file is required to book, but you're charged after your session, not at booking.

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) or no-shows will result in a partial session fee.
